I still get excited when I’m due to have a workout, go down the coast surfing or go on a bike ride out to the countryside.

I love to go away camping where you drive for hours or days to get to a place where you can switch off for a time. Going back to basics is my thing, there’s something about simplicity and the way it makes you feel, shoes off, grass on your feet and a good book to read.

Sharing with others my passion for a healthy lifestyle where the physical training is a stepping stone that adds value to their life and it makes it possible to then make decisions on what new adventures and hobbies you’d want to take up, than have that ripple effect to those around them.

I’ve seen it numerous of times, where their partners join in both driven to simply be in better shape today that they were yesterday to make better decisions from then on.
